Dr. Blake and Sally Edwards, ScD. of UMass Lowell’s Center for Sustainable Production are working with the Natural Resources Defense Council and Californians for A Healthy and Green Environment (CHANGE) on developing principles and implementation guidelines to ensure that the most vulnerable among us are protected in the selection of safer alternative chemicals, products and processes.
